The Eppendorf ThermoMixer has the capacity to mix a variety of samples with defined temperature and mixing speed. It has dimensions for changing the holding panel for different tube sizes including the range of 1.5 mL to 15 mL tubes. However, size variations of tubes limits the number of tubes fitting over the panel. It is an easy to use and very handy technique for mixing of samples. I specifically use this machine when I have to perform a cleaning step while extracting DNA or RNA molecules. I am very impressed by its functionality and will recommend this machine.
