Determination of DNA/RNA Contamination in Nucleic Acids Made Easy with This Instrument

I use this instrument to detect DNA or RNA contamination in nucleic acid samples. By employing microvolume sample measurements, the extracted nucleic acid product is conserved for subsequent testing, effectively utilizing the available material. We also use this spectrophotometer for various works like protein quantification and enzyme kinetics studies. While doing enzyme kinetics studies there is a little bit of variation I have seen every time in reaction rates due to temperature fluctuations, because the NanoDrop One UV-Vis Spectrophotometer does not have active temperature control.
