We are using this medium to keep THP-1 cell in suspension. THP-1 cells are monocytic cell line and they are very fragile. This medium is great to do cell culture with this type of cells. We are just completing this medium with fetal bovine serum and penicillin-streptomycin. Cell proliferation and survival is really good in this medium.
