I use the LM10 NTA for size and concentration characterization of extracellular vesicles (EVs). This is based on nanoparticle tracking analysis. The LM10 is not the most recent model in the range, but it is a good entry-level platform to give basic EV characterization data such as size and concentration of EVs. The system can be fitted with different color lasers dependant on the downstream application. It is simple to use.
