Collagenase for Isolation of Chondrocytes From Collagen

I have used Collagenase from Clostridium histolyticum for the isolation of chondrocytes from human cartilage. The dry powder form is resuspended in the diluent of choice and can be stored for future use. This collagenase is very effective at digesting collagen for the isolation of cells.
