Cox2 (D5H5) XP® Rabbit mAb
The antibody was used to detect changes in COX2 expression in mouse brain tissue using immunoblotting. Our aim was to study the effect of ATX inhibition (PF-8380) in different inflammatory markers. The antibody has been used numerous times in our lab, for assessing the expression of COX2 in samples from different lines or mouse tissue. It is one of the "cleanest" antibodies, with high specificity and sensitivity. In the past it was also used for immunocytochemistry experiments, providing us, as well, with reproducible results.
