An Unexpectedly Good Ab for TLR4 Detection

The antibody was used to detect changes in TLR4 expression using immunoblotting. The aim was to assess whether inhibition of ATX (PF-8380) would impact the LPS induced increased expression in mouse brain tissue. Despite our concerns for unspecific binding, we observed only one band at the expected molecular weight (~110kDa). Unless you have a different, validated Ab for TLR4, I would highly recommend to try this one.
