Corning® 100 mm TC-treated Culture Dish
I am using this petri dish for HEK-293 (Human Embryonic Cell Culture). It is very useful to increase the number of cells because in this dish I can have up to around 10 million HEK cells. I am adding in general 10 ml of medium, however, for example if you unfreeze your cell and you want to dilute DMSO concentration (product that we use in our laboratory during the freezing process) you can add up to 20 ml of medium. It makes this dish more useful compared to the smaller size of petri dishes.
