Detection of LPAR3 Expression Using Immunoblotting

The antibody was used to study the impact of LPS treatment on LPAR3 expression in BV-2 cells by Western blotting. The product has been often used by our lab during previous experiments providing us with clear, reproducible results. A band at the expected MW was detected using the Ab at 1:400 dilution. No background or unspecific binding. It is a highly recommended product.
