A Good Antibody for LPA2 Studies

As part of our study, we sought to investigate changes in LPAR2 expression after treatment with LPS. Even though the Ab reactivity is against human, we successfully used it to detect LPAR2 in a murine microglial cell line. Even though it has to be used at a 1:250 dilution, the Ab gives only one specific band and no background. Highly recommended for everyone studying LPAR2.
