Anti-LPA receptor 5 Antibody (GPR92)
When I started using this antibody, not many were available in the market. I still believe it is the best for the detection of LPAR5 expression by immunoblotting. In the current study, we used it to investigate changes in LPAR5 expression under inflammatory conditions (LPS treatments in BV-2 microglial cells). The only caveat is that due to high glycosylation, the band doesn't appear at the expected MW (41kDa) but a bit higher (~57kDa) due to high glycosylation.
