The Ab was used to detect changes in LPAR6 expression in untreated or LPS-treated (20 ng/mL for 24 h) BV-2 cells. It did work as expected, observing a band at the correct MW. However, in our case, we also had some unspecific bindings at higher molecular weights. Apart from that, the antibody is quite expensive for its performance. Not very satisfied.
