Ham’s F-12K (Kaighn’s) Medium

I have been using this medium for the culture of my mesenchymal stem cells. The only negative point concerning this medium is the fact that it is necessary to add a lot of extra (SVF, Pen/Strep, Glutamax, Vitamine C, etc) in order for it to work fine. Other than that, this product is good and I have not encountered any problems in my culture with it, so I recommend it.
