Efficient Anti-Human HLA-E Antibody for Flow Cytometry

HLA-E proteins are essential membrane proteins in the field of Immunology. These proteins are great inhibitors of NK cells but are not expressed by all type of cells. I personally use this product for flow cytometry to know if my different cell lines express HLA-E but I also quantify the level of expression of different type of cells such as B cells, T cells or iPSC. For my staining protocol, I consider this product as a 100X solution, as it is the case for all Biolegend antibodies. Staining is done at 4°C during 15 minutes.
