Easy to Use Anti-Human HLA-E Antibody for Flow Cytometry

HLA proteins are key membrane proteins to understand the interaction between target cells and the immune system. HLA-E is one of these proteins. It does not interact a lot with T cells but it does interact a lot with NK cells by providing inhibitory signals preventing the NK degranulation. I use this antibody to measure the level of expression of HLA-E of my cells (B cells, T cells, iPSC, HEK). However, it seems that the laser power of the flow cytometer needs to be high to detect HLA-E expression sometimes. I use this as a 100X solution for the staining, and I dilute it in PSE (PBS+serum).
