I have been using these pre-cast gradient gels to resolve protein complexes with a range of molecular weights. I get reproducible results every time. The only thing to keep in mind is the running buffer for these gels is different (MES or MOPS SDS Running Buffer) than regular glycine buffer. I would highly recommend these gels if you work with protein complexes that have a wide range of molecular weights.
