QIAGEN Plasmid Midiprep Kit

I often require larger amounts of plasmid DNA for transfection in signaling assays, and therefore use the midiprep kit. I often get 200 microg plasmid from a single column which is sufficient for transfection into multiple plates. The kit comes with all the buffers and it's very easy to follow the protocol.
