I have been using this Immobilon-P Transfer membrane for all my western blot and it works very well. This membrane needs to be activated with ethanol and MilliQ (1:1) for 5 minutes before use. Moreover, the Immobilon-P Transfer membrane (0.45 µm) is mainly used for proteins greater than 20 kDa and is compatible with many colorants, such as Rouge Ponceau and Coomassie Blue. I fully recommend it!
