RNA From Any Tough-to-Lyse Sample

I use this kit to isolate RNA from Yeasts. In my hand, the kit works beautifully and I always get enough RNA for downstream assays like RT-PCR. The other advantage of this kit is it does not use phenol/chloroform/trizol and therefore could be used on bench.
