Poly-L-lysine Solution

I have been using the Poly-L-lysine solution during my cell culture experiments. I use adherent cells (HEK) but sometimes, I have to incubate them with specific mediums for different incubation times (sometimes overnight). Sometimes, depending on the medium used, a lot of my cells detach overnight but since I have been using this solution, I was able to observe better adhesion of my cells. I fully recommend it!
