Good Quality Reagent Starter Kit for Initial Experiments

The TaqMan kit is always a good option for real-time PCR experiments. However, the Applied Biosystems kit is a good option if you would like to perform the standardizations of the experiments at reasonable pricing. I use this kit and reagents for my several gene expression comparisons and the standardization of the experiments regarding it. Useful kit for initial experiments but needs more specific ones for actual quantifications.
