To prepare the PCR primers and other reagents we need to use Nuclease Free water which keeps the environment of the prepared solutions clean and contamination free. For this purpose, I use the DEPC water from Thermo Scientific which itself is nuclease free and keeps the prepared reagents contamination free for a longer duration. Also, it helps to run the PCR reactions smoothly, is very economical, and only needs to be kept in the refrigerator for a longer shelf-life.
