A Kit for Plant DNA Extraction

Extraction of DNA from plants is a very difficult task, especially with medicinal plants due to the presence of phenolics, and secondary metabolites. For good quality, quantity and to purify the minute contamination I use the qiagen DNeasy plant mini kit which has high-quality reagents and has a straightforward protocol to follow the steps. I am very happy to have this kit and to use it in my project and will definitely recommend it for plant DNA extraction.
