Precast Western Blot Gels

I have used these precast gels in my Western Blots experiments. In our team, we use polyacrylamide gradient gels (4% to 15%) in order to have both a low molecular weight band (5 to 60 kDa) and a high molecular weight (200 kDa) proteins band on the same gel. While loading samples, you can add a maximum of 50 µL of volume per well. I recommend these precast gels if you want to save time, however, it is possible that your wells are not perfectly straight due to the comb removal system which remains to be improved.
