Mini Spin Columns for DNA Isolation

I have used these columns for plasmid mini-preps. I always get >20µg yield from 5 ml overnight cultures. The columns can carry approximately 900 ul solutions which is perfect for DNA mini-preps. Although this column is routinely used in microcentrifuges, I have used the columns in vacuum manifolds and it worked as well. I strongly recommend these columns for everyday use in the lab.
