I used this Phosphate-buffered saline (DPBS, 1X), Dulbecco's formula, without calcium, without magnesium as a mobile phase for my HPLC method development, and it was found to be a very good choice. I never found any issues, and method reproducibility by using DPBS was always exactly the same. I recommend using it for any analytical work.
