X-tremeGENE HP Transfection Reagent

I have been using this product for over a decade for hard-to-transfect cell lines. I typically use this transfection reagent at 1:3 (DNA:reagent). I have noticed that this reagent yields higher transfection efficiency compared to X-tremeGENE 9. I prefer to use this reagent for large size plasmid transfection.
