siRNA Transfection Reagent

I use this product for transfecting siRNA in mammalian cell lines. I typically use it at 1:3 (siRNA:transfection reagent). I have tested it in HeLa and 3T3 cell lines and did not observe any toxicity with fantastic knockdown efficiency. I highly recommend this product for siRNA transfection experiments.
