Genomic DNA Extraction Reagent

I use this reagent for extracting genomic DNA from cell lines. I typically use this reagent at 3-5x volume of cell pellet size. I strictly follow the manufacturer's instructions and it works well. If undiluted genomic DNA needs to be used for PCRs, I recommend the genomic DNA not exceed 1/5th volume of the PCR reaction. It is a straightforward protocol and highly recommend it!
