I use this reagent for transfecting 293-F (suspension format) cell lines. I use the reagent at 3-4x of DNA amount (µL reagent: µg DNA). This is a great reagent for protein expression in 293-F cells by transient transfection method. I typically get 80-95% transfection efficiency with plasmids
