Using Fibronectin to Coat Transwell Filters

I have used the Fibronectin (1 mg/µl) from human plasma to coat 0.8 µM pore size transwell filters prepared to a 10 µg/cm2 coating density. This was to perform migration assays. The product worked perfectly for this purpose.
