Epredia Shandon Kwik-Diff Stain to Visualize Cell Migration

I have used the Epredia™ Shandon™ Kwik-Diff™ Stains to visualize cell migration through a transwell filter. Briefly, transwell filters were swabbed, and methanol fixed. Cells were then stained using the Diff-Quick kit (Fisher Scientific) followed by ethanol dehydration (50%, 70%, 100%) and migrated cells were visualized using the EVOS XL Core cell imaging system and manually counted. The stains gave excellent visualization.
