Excellent Core Unit for the Nucleofactor Electroporation System

Excellent core unit for electroporation! We used an ancient Lonza electroporator system Amaxa for primary cells. After upgrading to this new core, everything began to go so much smoother. We are now using this system routinely for the electroporation of different cell types: difficult-to-transfect immortalized lines (EBV, K562), primary murine and human cells (Lymphocytes T), and IPS cells. This core unit already integrates different programs for, basically, any cell lines and they proved valid also in our hands. The reactive are a bit pricy and you need to add the actual electroporation unit, but we now rarely miss the shot, saving a lot of time in optimization experiments with other systems.
