Dusquetide (SGX942) TFA is a first-in-class innate defense regulator (IDR). Dusquetide TFA modulates the innate immune response to both PAMPs and DAMPs by binding to p62. Dusquetide TFA shows activity in both reducing inflammation and increasing clearance of bacterial infection[1].
