Description
The Protean™ Workcell is completely flexible and can be configured to house up to 9 levels of instrument space. This allows the system the flexibility to change with your changing needs. The core of the system is a SciClops™ Plus robotic arm, an extended vertical reach robot that provides multi levels of instrument access and the ability to quickly and easily teach microplate positions using its unique teach-assist vision system. Standard configurations of the core also include 5 microplate stacks and a barcode reader. The core can be equipped with an optional Microplate Stacking Carousel Storage System that facilitates robotic access to hundreds of microplates, tip boxes and reservoirs.
