Live-Cell Analysis Handbook Releases Third Edition

Sartorius has announced the publication of the third edition of the Live-Cell Analysis Handbook. This publication is targeted to scientists who perform cell biology assays in their applications. In the third edition, Live-Cell Analysis Handbook offers two new chapters.

In one of the new chapters, Kinetic Assays for Studying Neuronal Cell Models, a suite of assays that enable the study of cellular structure and function is described. Additionally, the handbook investigates issues facing researchers as accessibility of live-cell imaging technology increases. A key question addressed is how do you accurately and systematically identify relevant biological data from thousands of images? The answer to this question is explained in Techniques for Efficient Live-Cell Image Analysis.
