Shimadzu Scientific Instruments (SSI) announced its new UV-I group of UV-Vis spectrophotometers designed to improve quality control productivity, operating efficiency, data analysis and management.
The new series consists of the following six models:
- UV-1900i
- UV-2600i
- UV-2700i
- UV-3600i Plus
- SolidSpec-3700i
- SolidSpec-3700i DUV
All models in the series include an automatic pass/fail determination for improved efficiency. Equipped with a spectral evaluation function in the software, it automatically determines if data meets specified criteria. The UV-i spectrophotometers also include automatic measurement for optimized operating efficiency. By connecting to an autosampler, the systems can analyze up to 360 samples.
