The PYRO Microwave Ashing System from Milestone provides a faster and cleaner alternative to traditional electric muffle furnaces. The PYRO muffle furnace enables rapid heating cycles and temperature homogeneity. Eliminating the need of a fume hood, it can operate up to 1000C and process 12 samples at one time with a typical run time of 1 hour. Similar systems include the PYRO-SA for sulfated ashing, and the PYRO-XL for large sample sizes.
