Centrifuge at 12000 rpm for 1 min and carefully aspirate the supernatant into a new centrifuge tube. Note: Do not aspirate the glass beads.12. Add 200 µl of anhydrous ethanol, vortex to mix, and centrifuge momentarily to collect the solution to the bottom of the tube.
