Add all the solution obtained in step 4 to the Spin Columns RM that has been loaded into the collection tube. If it is not possible to add all the solution to the adsorption column at once, please transfer it in two batches, centrifuge at 12000 rpm for 1 minute, discard the waste liquid in the collection tube, and place the adsorption column in the collection tube. Attention: The maximum loading capacity of the adsorption column is 100 µ g, do not overload, otherwise it will affect the yield and purity of RNA.6.
