The optimized FastStar Probe Buffer (for bisDNA) contains PCR Buffer, dNTPs and Mg2+, etc., which is easy to use as customers only need to add templates, primers and probes.caveat1 Before use, please mix the product gently by turning it up and down after it has been completely melted and centrifuged briefly.2.
