Features
Interior of chamber made of high quality stainless steel (SUS#304). Exterior of chamber is made of solid baked painted Steel plate. Interior of chamber treated with high temperature protection material. Chamber body connected to ground for ant-static protection.
The Airflow Cycle System uses Baked Painted Steel Plate with over temperature protection.
High pressure air circulating fan for wind speed 1.0 ~ 29.0 m/s attached with a wind speed adjustor.
Electric heater with SSR & PID control for constant temperature.
Dust Supplementary Device used for automatically adjusting the dust volume based on set values.
Automatic Dry Air Handling System
Chamber is well sealed and sealing must be maintained at all times to meet the environmental requirements of Dust/Sand and Powder exhaust.
Control System consists of Temperature Control Unit, Humidity Control Unit, Wind Speed Control Unit and Concentration Control Unit.
Control Panel consists of LED Controller (Other Options available) and DATA Collection.
Uses electronic concentration sensors to automatically adjust and set dust and sand consistency levels.
