Vibration Test Systems

Vibration test systems are used in industrial or laboratory settings to detect and measure vibrations within machines or equipment. Vibration testing is commonly conducted as a part of quality control systems to meet regulatory requirements such as ISO 10816-3:2009 or ISO 20816-3:2022. Vibration analyzers are portable handheld devices that can be used to measure parameters such as vibration velocity, vibration acceleration, and vibration displacement. When comparing vibration analysis equipment be sure to compare the parameters measured as well as their range as this can vary greatly from analyzer to analyzer. Many vibration analyzers have built-in or removable storage to aid in data collection and recording for quality control purposes.

DescriptionPCE-VDR 10 is a single-axis accelerometer or vibration analyzer with real-time measurement and data logging capabilities. This vibration monitor records acceleration (m/s, g, ft/s) as well as speed (mm/s, cm/s, in/s) measurements and saves the measured data to an included SD card memory. Note: To ... Read MoreThe vibration meter is the ideal companion for checking vibrating parts, machines and plant. With the external vibration sensor of the vibration meter, the vibration displacement up to 3.9 mm, the vibration velocity up to 399.9 mm/s and the vibration acceleration up to 399.9 m/s² can be determined. ...
