A Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument is an important safety device. Our Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument has been specially developed for use in homes, offices and similar indoor areas. It detects both natural gas (methane) and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG, consisting of propane and butane) and reacts as soon as a certain concentration is exceeded.
Our Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument measures gas concentrations in the range of 0 ... 100% of the lower explosion limit (LEL), whereby the alarm is triggered at 6% LEL. The response time is a maximum of 30 seconds and the alarm is triggered at a volume of over 70 decibels. A heat sensor is also integrated, which also triggers an alarm at an ambient temperature of 57°C / 134.6°F.
The detector is equipped with a color LCD display that shows the date and time as well as the gas values, the temperature and the remaining sensor life. A Wi-Fi connection is used to connect to the "Smart Life" app, which can be used to monitor the status of the device worldwide.
