The Radiation Detector is a compact and handy measuring device for precise monitoring of the radon concentration indoors. With a measuring range of 0 ... 9999 Bq/m³ and a semiconductor detector, the Radiation Detector provides reliable measured values after just one hour. It provides both short-term average values (updated hourly) and long-term average values (updated every 24 hours up to 1 year) for a detailed analysis of radon exposure. These values are stored in the device and updated regularly. After a battery change or by pressing the reset button, all stored data is deleted and the monitor is reset to the original measured value.
The e-paper display shows the values in Bq/m³ or pCi/L, depending on the selected unit, which can be set by the user. The device has an audible and visual alarm with colour coding: Green for values below 100 Bq/m³ (safe), yellow for values between 100 and 150 Bq/m³ (low exposure) and red for values above 150 Bq/m³ (high exposure).
With its dimensions of 103 x 103 x 33 mm, the Radiation Detector is particularly compact and can be set up or hung up. It is powered by AAA batteries and is therefore mobile and flexible in use. The Air Quality Meter detects CO values in the range from 0 ... 500 ppm with a fine resolution of 1 ppm. It also measures the relative humidity in the range from 20 ... 85% (also with 1% resolution) and the temperature from -10 ... 50°C / 14 ... 122°F. If required, the temperature display can also be switched to Fahrenheit. All measured values are shown on a 2 inch LCD display.
In the event of increased CO values, the detector emits both visual and acoustic warning signals. An integrated traffic light function clearly displays the air quality: Green stands for 0 ... 100 ppm, orange for 101 ... 200 ppm and red for 201 ... 500 ppm. If the value exceeds 100 ppm, an additional acoustic warning signal sounds to indicate a potential health hazard.
