The UV Meter / UV Tester is a high-precision measuring instrument for the simultaneous measurement of UV irradiance in the range of 0 ...40000 mW/cm2, the UV energy from 0 ...999999 mJ/cm2 and the temperature in the range from -55°C ...125°C / -67 ... 257°F. With its wavelength range of 340 nm to 420 nm, it is ideal for applications in UV curing systems, UV dryers, UV LED light sources and exposure machines as well as for quality assurance of industrial UV processes in accordance with the QB/T 2826-2017 standard.
Equipped with a 1.4-inch OLED display, a high measuring rate of 2048 scans per second and a maximum recording time of 32 minutes, the UV Meter / UV Tester delivers precise, fast and reproducible measurement results. During each measurement, the highest recorded value is automatically saved as the maximum value (MAX) and clearly displayed once the measurement is complete.
In automatic mode with the UV Meter / UV Tester, the measurement can be started automatically by an individually adjustable trigger value in the range of 1 ...50 mW/cm2 can be used to start the measurement automatically. This enables targeted detection of UV irradiation precisely from the desired threshold value - ideal for reproducible measurement conditions and process monitoring. An integrated timer enables the UV curing time to be recorded precisely and displayed directly. This function is particularly useful for monitoring and documenting exposure times in time-critical UV applications, such as coating, ink and adhesive curing. This ensures that processes are carried out reproducibly and in accordance with standards.
The compact design makes the UV Meter / UV Tester particularly handy for mobile and stationary applications. The robust, heat-resistant metal housing, in combination with the heat protection cover, enables reliable operation at ambient temperatures of up to 125°C / 257°F. Stored measurement data is retained even in the event of a power failure and is automatically displayed the next time the device is switched on. It detects both natural gas (methane) and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG, consisting of propane and butane) and reacts as soon as a certain concentration is exceeded.
Our Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument measures gas concentrations in the range of 0 ... 100% of the lower explosion limit (LEL), whereby the alarm is triggered at 6% LEL. The response time is a maximum of 30 seconds and the alarm is triggered at a volume of over 70 decibels. A heat sensor is also integrated, which also triggers an alarm at an ambient temperature of 57°C / 134.6°F.
The detector is equipped with a color LCD display that shows the date and time as well as the gas values, the temperature and the remaining sensor life. A Wi-Fi connection is used to connect to the "Smart Life" app, which can be used to monitor the status of the device worldwide. In the event of an alarm, an acoustic and visual warning, a voice message and a push notification are sent to the smartphone. In addition, a connected valve can be activated automatically to stop the gas supply. The sensor has a service life of five years and the device requires a warm-up time of 180 seconds after switching on. The Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument has a 2.8-inch color display that shows all measured values in real time and also visually assesses the air quality in three stages - green for "good", yellow for "poor" and red for "very poor". The Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument also has an acoustic alarm function with adjustable threshold values and sound types, which is triggered when defined measured values are exceeded.

With a measuring range of 0 ... 9999 Bq/m³ and a semiconductor detector, the Radiation Detector provides reliable measured values after just one hour. It provides both short-term average values (updated hourly) and long-term average values (updated every 24 hours up to 1 year) for a detailed analysis of radon exposure. These values are stored in the device and updated regularly. After a battery change or by pressing the reset button, all stored data is deleted and the monitor is reset to the original measured value.
The e-paper display shows the values in Bq/m³ or pCi/L, depending on the selected unit, which can be set by the user. The device has an audible and visual alarm with colour coding: Green for values below 100 Bq/m³ (safe), yellow for values between 100 and 150 Bq/m³ (low exposure) and red for values above 150 Bq/m³ (high exposure).
