A Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument is an important safety device. It recognizes dangerous gas concentrations in the air and sounds the alarm in good time to prevent accidents such as explosions or poisoning. Our Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument has been specially developed for use in homes, offices and similar indoor areas. It detects both natural gas (methane) and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG, consisting of propane and butane) and reacts as soon as a certain concentration is exceeded.
Our Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument measures gas concentrations in the range of 0 ... 100% of the lower explosion limit (LEL), whereby the alarm is triggered at 6% LEL. The response time is a maximum of 30 seconds and the alarm is triggered at a volume of over 70 decibels. A heat sensor is also integrated, which also triggers an alarm at an ambient temperature of 57°C / 134.6°F.
The detector is equipped with a color LCD display that shows the date and time as well as the gas values, the temperature and the remaining sensor life. A Wi-Fi connection is used to connect to the "Smart Life" app, which can be used to monitor the status of the device worldwide. In the event of an alarm, an acoustic and visual warning, a voice message and a push notification are sent to the smartphone. In addition, a connected valve can be activated automatically to stop the gas supply. The sensor has a service life of five years and the device requires a warm-up time of 180 seconds after switching on. The detector is supplied with 5V/1 A power via micro USB and consumes less than 200 mA.
The installation of the Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument depends on the type of gas used: for natural gas, which is lighter than air, the device is installed about 30 cm below the ceiling, for LPG, which is heavier than air, about 30 cm above the floor. The distance to the gas source should be 1.5 to 4 meters / 5 to 13 ft. The Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument can be attached either with screws or double-sided adhesive tape. Regular tests, which can also be carried out via the app or manually on the device, ensure that it is working properly.
Overall, the Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument offers a modern and reliable solution for the early detection of gas leaks and thus makes a significant contribution to increasing safety in rooms supplied with gas. This model of Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument combines modern technology with simple operation and is ideal for private and commercial applications.... The PCE-RCM 05 PM2.5 monitor displays PM2.5 particulate matter as well as temperature and humidity on the display. The measuring range of the PCE-RCM 05 monitor ranges from 0 ... 500 µg / m³ PM2.5. This makes the PM2.5 meter an optimal test instrument to constantly have an overview of the fine dust content. Below the large measured value display of the PM2.5 content, the PM2.5 monitor provides quick information about the air quality with the aid of pictograms.
The PCE-RCM 05 fine dust monitor is powered by a rechargeable battery. The LC display is illuminated and easy to read from any angle, for example when the meter is on a desk. In addition to the standard white lighting, the PM2.5 monitor switches the lighting to red in the event of an alarm.... The CO2 / carbon dioxide measuring device checks indoor air quality via the CO2 content. If the CO2 concentration is below 1000 ppm, the indoor air quality is optimal. Good indoor air quality helps to promote concentration. It is also ensured that the aerosol concentration in the air is low, as the aerosols are repeatedly mixed with fresh air. The CO2 / carbon dioxide measuring device shows the air quality as a numerical measured value and as a traffic light indicator. At the push of a button, the CO2 content of the last five hours can be shown on the display. In addition to the CO2 measuring function, the CO2 / carbon dioxide measuring device is equipped with a sensor for temperature and humidity.... The compact Radiation Detector offers a precise and long-term stable solution for monitoring indoor radon concentrations. It is ideal for use in various environments such as living spaces, offices and laboratories. With a measuring range of 3.3 Bq/m³ ... 37 kBq/m³ and an accuracy of ± 15%, the Radiation Detector enables reliable measurement of the radon concentration. The integrated semiconductor radon sensor ensures high measurement accuracy. The measuring interval is 60 minutes and the data is saved every 6 hours, which enables long-term data storage of up to 504 days.
The Radiation Detector displays minimum, maximum and AVG values as well as cumulative average values and the values for 12, 24, 48 and 96 hours. It also offers an acoustic and visual alarm function, which can be set in the range from 100 ... 800 Bq/m³. The first measured values are displayed after 6 hours and a new data record is saved every 6 hours, whereby a maximum of 10 data records can be saved. The 2-inch LC colour display can be switched to standby mode to maximise the operating time of the Li-ion battery, which lasts up to 45 days when the display is switched off.
The Radiation Detector is used for continuous monitoring of indoor radon concentrations, for example in workplaces or public buildings. It is used for the early detection of increased radon levels in order to assess health risks and initiate suitable measures.... Read More |
