The Magnetometer / Magnetic Field Detector can be used to determine the relative magnetic permeability µr of materials and construction parts in the range between 1,000 and 5,000. Magnetic permeability, also known as magnetic conductivity, indicates how strongly a material can be magnetized. This Magnetometer / Magnetic Field Detector is ideal for material testing - especially for ferromagnetic material testing - in order to provide precise data for material testing NDT (non-destructive testing).
Areas of application include quality control of stainless steels, non-destructive material testing of construction parts, material selection for electron and ion physics equipment as well as for nuclear resonance devices, or the detection of material changes in highly stressed parts. The Magnetometer / Magnetic Field Detector has a graphic LCD touch panel with innovative user guidance and a resolution of 320 × 480 pixels.
The Magnetometer / Magnetic Field Detector supports all areas of permeability measurement with a flexible measured value memory, a combined digital and analogue display and peak value measurement. You can transfer the data to a Windows PC as well as to an Android or iOS app via the wireless interface. The Magnetometer / Magnetic Field Detector can be connected to an external power source in continuous operation via the USB interface.
You can check the accuracy of the measurement at any time using the calibration standard supplied with the permeability measuring device. The standard calibration standard has a value of µr ˜ 1.35. Calibration standards with reference values of µr ˜ 1.03 and µr ˜ 1.11 are also available.... Designed to aid in indoor air quality (IAQ) assessments, this dust monitor also measures air temperature and relative humidity (RH). The dust monitor can be powered either by the built-in rechargeable battery or the USB port. The USB port also is used to charge the battery. At full charge, the battery provides up to 5 hours of continuous operation or unlimited operation when plugged into a USB power source. The dust monitor displays all measurements simultaneously on the device's 2.4" full-color LCD screen. PM values ??appear the largest in the colors green, yellow, gold, orange, pink and red. This visual color-coding system makes it easy to recognize when PM concentration levels become dangerous, allowing for quick action.... The CO2 / carbon dioxide The CO2 content in the air is an important measure for checking the ventilation behavior in offices, classrooms, lecture halls, etc. The CO2 / carbon dioxide measuring device helps to ensure that, for example, there is regular ventilation for employees in the office. The CO2 / carbon dioxide measuring device checks indoor air quality via the CO2 content. If the CO2 concentration is below 1000 ppm, the indoor air quality is optimal. Good indoor air quality helps to promote concentration. It is also ensured that the aerosol concentration in the air is low, as the aerosols are repeatedly mixed with fresh air. The CO2 / carbon dioxide measuring device shows the air quality as a numerical measured value and as a traffic light indicator. At the push of a button, the CO2 content of the last five hours can be shown on the display. In addition to the CO2 measuring function, the CO2 / carbon dioxide measuring device is equipped with a sensor for temperature and humidity.... The compact Radiation Detector offers a precise and long-term stable solution for monitoring indoor radon concentrations. It is ideal for use in various environments such as living spaces, offices and laboratories. With a measuring range of 3.3 Bq/m³ ... 37 kBq/m³ and an accuracy of ± 15%, the Radiation Detector enables reliable measurement of the radon concentration. The integrated semiconductor radon sensor ensures high measurement accuracy. The measuring interval is 60 minutes and the data is saved every 6 hours, which enables long-term data storage of up to 504 days.
The Radiation Detector displays minimum, maximum and AVG values as well as cumulative average values and the values for 12, 24, 48 and 96 hours. It also offers an acoustic and visual alarm function, which can be set in the range from 100 ... 800 Bq/m³. The first measured values are displayed after 6 hours and a new data record is saved every 6 hours, whereby a maximum of 10 data records can be saved. The 2-inch LC colour display can be switched to standby mode to maximise the operating time of the Li-ion battery, which lasts up to 45 days when the display is switched off.
The Radiation Detector is used for continuous monitoring of indoor radon concentrations, for example in workplaces or public buildings. It is used for the early detection of increased radon levels in order to assess health risks and initiate suitable measures.... The Thickness Gauge has a globally unique measuring probe that can be swiveled through 90°, allowing you to always carry out precise coating thickness measurements. The Thickness Gauge with the compact, lightweight devices is barely larger than a measuring probe and is therefore ideal for on-site applications in hard-to-reach places. The handy metal housing is splash-proof to IP 64 for interference-free measurements in harsh environments. A coating thickness tester with flowing water protection is also available as an option. For a long service life with frequent measurements on rough surfaces, the measuring probe has a wear-resistant ruby probe pole.
With a single button and the self-explanatory, multilingual menu navigation, the Thickness Gauge is very easy to operate.
A Thickness Gauge is usually used in the quality assurance of coating processes. For example, to determine the paint thickness of a coating, when testing vehicles or steel structures or in fire protection (determining the coating thickness of steel doors). However, it is not only a Thickness Gauge, but can also be used to reliably measure rubber coatings, anodizing and galvanic coatings.
The Thickness Gauge uses a combined probe to measure insulating layers of paint, varnish, plastic, rubber, ceramic and galvanic coatings (excluding nickel) using the magnetic induction measuring method. The device is used on iron and steel substrates. It is also suitable for measuring insulating coatings (paint, plastic, etc.) using the eddy current method on non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, brass, copper, bronze and non-magnetic stainless steels in accordance with ISO 2178 and ISO 2360.
To further process your measurement data, you can connect your Thickness Gauge to mobile Android and iOS devices. Or you can communicate with a Windows PC. Wireless technology makes it possible. With the Lima Connect app, you can manage projects and allocate the measuring points on a photo. The measurement results can be statistically analysed and displayed graphically. The app for Android, iOS and Windows is free of charge.... Read More |
