The Magnetometer / Magnetic Field Detector can be used to determine the relative magnetic permeability µr of materials and construction parts in the range between 1,000 and 5,000. Magnetic permeability, also known as magnetic conductivity, indicates how strongly a material can be magnetized. This Magnetometer / Magnetic Field Detector is ideal for material testing - especially for ferromagnetic material testing - in order to provide precise data for material testing NDT (non-destructive testing).
Areas of application include quality control of stainless steels, non-destructive material testing of construction parts, material selection for electron and ion physics equipment as well as for nuclear resonance devices, or the detection of material changes in highly stressed parts. The Magnetometer / Magnetic Field Detector has a graphic LCD touch panel with innovative user guidance and a resolution of 320 × 480 pixels.
The Magnetometer / Magnetic Field Detector supports all areas of permeability measurement with a flexible measured value memory, a combined digital and analogue display and peak value measurement. You can transfer the data to a Windows PC as well as to an Android or iOS app via the wireless interface. The Magnetometer / Magnetic Field Detector can be connected to an external power source in continuous operation via the USB interface.
You can check the accuracy of the measurement at any time using the calibration standard supplied with the permeability measuring device. The standard calibration standard has a value of µr ˜ 1.35. The Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument is a versatile device for monitoring the air quality in indoor spaces such as homes, offices, workshops, schools or public facilities. It is used for the simultaneous measurement of formaldehyde (HCHO), volatile organic compounds (TVOC), ambient temperature and relative humidity. The Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument has a 2.8-inch color display that shows all measured values in real time and also visually assesses the air quality in three stages - green for "good", yellow for "poor" and red for "very poor". The Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument also has an acoustic alarm function with adjustable threshold values and sound types, which is triggered when defined measured values are exceeded.
For data storage, the device offers space for up to 200 measuring points on 5 pages, which corresponds to a total capacity of 1000 measurements per measured variable. The values for formaldehyde, TVOC and temperature are stored. The storage intervals and the number of collection points can be set individually, whereby the stored data can only be retrieved at any time via a playback function in the device. Other functions include a real-time clock, battery status display, adjustable measuring rate, automatic switch-off time, adjustable screen brightness and the option of active fan control. The temperature unit can be switched between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
