The Magnetometer / Magnetic Field Detector can be used to determine the relative magnetic permeability µr of materials and construction parts in the range between 1,000 and 5,000. Magnetic permeability, also known as magnetic conductivity, indicates how strongly a material can be magnetized. This Magnetometer / Magnetic Field Detector is ideal for material testing - especially for ferromagnetic material testing - in order to provide precise data for material testing NDT (non-destructive testing).
Areas of application include quality control of stainless steels, non-destructive material testing of construction parts, material selection for electron and ion physics equipment as well as for nuclear resonance devices, or the detection of material changes in highly stressed parts. The Magnetometer / Magnetic Field Detector has a graphic LCD touch panel with innovative user guidance and a resolution of 320 × 480 pixels.
The Magnetometer / Magnetic Field Detector supports all areas of permeability measurement with a flexible measured value memory, a combined digital and analogue display and peak value measurement. You can transfer the data to a Windows PC as well as to an Android or iOS app via the wireless interface. The Air Quality Meter detects CO values in the range from 0 ... 500 ppm with a fine resolution of 1 ppm. It also measures the relative humidity in the range from 20 ... 85% (also with 1% resolution) and the temperature from -10 ... 50°C / 14 ... 122°F. If required, the temperature display can also be switched to Fahrenheit. All measured values are shown on a 2 inch LCD display.
In the event of increased CO values, the detector emits both visual and acoustic warning signals. An integrated traffic light function clearly displays the air quality: Green stands for 0 ... 100 ppm, orange for 101 ... 200 ppm and red for 201 ... 500 ppm. If the value exceeds 100 ppm, an additional acoustic warning signal sounds to indicate a potential health hazard.
Equipped with an integrated rechargeable lithium battery that can be conveniently charged via USB-C, the detector is particularly flexible to use. It is used for the simultaneous measurement of formaldehyde (HCHO), volatile organic compounds (TVOC), ambient temperature and relative humidity. The Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument has a 2.8-inch color display that shows all measured values in real time and also visually assesses the air quality in three stages - green for "good", yellow for "poor" and red for "very poor". The Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument also has an acoustic alarm function with adjustable threshold values and sound types, which is triggered when defined measured values are exceeded.
For data storage, the device offers space for up to 200 measuring points on 5 pages, which corresponds to a total capacity of 1000 measurements per measured variable.
